摘  要:在焦化运煤、运焦系统中,现有翻板分料器的结构存在诸多问题,如:运煤系统翻板分料器频发堵料,运焦系统翻板分料器易卡死,制约了生产。就运煤系统和运焦系统翻板分料器提出了优化设计思路,并付诸实践证明。改进的分料器解决了堵料和故障频发的问题,提高了设备的可靠性。There are many problems in structure of the existing plate turning distributor for the transport system of coking coal and coke, such as frequent material plugging of the distributor in the coal transport system, jamming of the distributor in the coke transport sys tem. It restricts the production. The optimization design ideas for the distributor of the trans port system of coking coal and coke are proposed. The practice has proved that the improved distributor solves the problems of material plugging and frequent failure, and improves reliabil ity of the unit.
