摘　　要：炼钢连铸二冷水水质问题引起喷嘴堵塞,造成铸坯表面裂纹。以某钢厂板坯连铸机二冷水喷嘴堵塞现状为例,从水处理工艺、水源、水质及运行管理等方面进行分析,找出二冷水喷嘴堵塞的原因各影响因素,提出相应措施。The water quality problem of continuous casting secondary cooling water caused nozzle clogging and crack of slab surface. Taking continuous caster secondary cooling water of a steel source, water quality as well as operation management for example nozzle clogging of slab mill, the treatment process, water were analyzed. The nozzle clogging causes of secondary cooling water were found out and the corresponding measures were giv en.
