摘  要:热轧厂层流水系统具有用水量大、用水周期变化大,供水泵能耗高等特点。涟钢2250mm热轧厂已经已投产近3年。水处理层流系统采用工频泵、变频泵配合水箱供水方式,介绍了热轧层流变频冷却供水技术的特点,对节能效果进行了经济性比较。The laminar flow water system of the hot rolling plant is characterized by large amount of water consumption, big variation of water cycle as well as high energy con- sumption of water pump. It is nearly three years since the 2250mm hot rolling plant of Lianyuan Iron & Steel Co went into operation. Its laminar flow water treatment system em ploys power frequency pumps and frequency conversion pumps with water tanks. The charac teristics of frequency conversion technology for laminar flow water cooling system in hot roiling process are introduced. The economy of energy saving effects is compared.
