摘　　要：简述了大唐公司28000 m3/h空分装置在试车过程中出现的问题,有上塔安全阀泄漏、液氮泵出口安全阀泄漏导致主冷液面降低、空冷塔和水冷塔液位测量不准及液氮泵密封气管路的改造。同时也描述了空分装置在冷备时需注意的问题和冷备时快速启动的方法。The problems troduced briefly. The problems in commissioning of Datang＇s 28000 m3/h air separator are in include leakage of the up tower safety valve, leakage of liquid nitrogen pump outlet safety that causes decrease of the main condenser liquid level, inaccurate measurement of air cooling tower and water cooling tower liquid level. The reconstruction pro ject of liquid nitrogen pump that should be paid attention starting method for cold state sealing gas pipeline is presented. At the same time, the problems to in cold state preparation for the air separator and the quick preparation of the air separator are also described.
