摘　　要：王亚南强调 ,革命胜利后 ,必须要有一个为社会主义社会建立物质技术基础的阶段。作为社会主义的过渡 ,要先走新民主义之路 ,建立新民主主义的社会经济形态。他的研究成果《中国经济原论》及其《续篇》Wang Yanan emphasized there must be a certain stage to establish the material and technological base for socialism after the victory of Chinese revolution. As the transition, we first should take the New-democrcay way and build the New-democratic social-ecomomic formation. His achievements of research——'Primary Discourse on Chimese Economy' and its 'Continuation' were the development of Marxism general political economics.
