摘 要:借鉴管道复合材料修复技术对储气井井筒进行修复设计,并采用有限元方法对修复前、后的井筒进行应力分析,确定了合理的修复层厚度,并讨论了修复后复合材料层对井筒缺陷部位应力分布的改善情况。结果表明:不能完全参照ASME PCC-2标准对储气井井筒进行修复设计,需结合其自身特性来确定修复层厚度;使用复合材料修复技术能有效的改善应力分布情况。Based on the composite repair technology for the pipeline, repairing gas storage well was designed and the stress variation before or after the repairing was analyzed with the finite element method. The reasona- ble repair layer thickness and the optimal performance of composite repair layer on the stress distribution were discussed. The results indicate that this design of gas storage well should partly comply with ASME PCC-2 standard and should have the gas storage well' s characteristics considered to determine the repair layer thickness. The application of composite repair technology can improve the stress distribution of gas storage well.
