填补车辙用微表处技术施工问题探讨

摘　　要：微表处填补车辙常出现剥落、平整度欠佳和划痕较多等病害。根据我省微表处施工的现状,从微表处级配的施工变异、原材料的质量控制和施工机械三个方面,探讨填补车辙用微表处技术施工问题。建议在微表处施工时,应做好施工前的准备工作,注意控制用油量,加强原材料的质量控制,选择合适的施工机械和适应的摊铺速度。Many problems always existed such as spalling,poor flatness and many scratches in filling the rut of the micro-surfacing construction.Based on the present situation of the micro-surfacing construction in our province,this article discussed technical issues on grading variation of micro-surfacing construction, the quality control of raw materials and construction machine.The construction side should make good preparatory work before the construction of the micro-surfacing,pay attention to control oil consumption,enhance quality control of raw materials,choose proper construction machine and appropriate construction speed.
