摘　　要：目的探讨SMART原则在护理科研管理中的应用效果。方法改变过去单纯凭经验管理的方法和手段,应用SMART原则对护理科研进行管理,包括制订目标,细化目标,修善目标,监督进程等。总结2008年11月～2011年11月本院护理人员在统计源期刊发表护理论文数及质量。结果 3年来护理论著性文章呈上升趋势。结论在护理科研管理中应用SMART原则,可有效促进护理科研质量和水平的提升。Objective To study the effect of SMART principle on the management of nursing research in hospitals.Methods The SMART principle was used in the management of nursing research,including the development,specification and verification of research goals as well as supervision of the process.The number of nurses having published research papers and the number of published papers were calculated during November 2008 to November 2011.Result The number of published papers went down but the number of scientific research papers went up in the year of 2003.Conclusion The SMART principle is effective for promoting the quality of nursing research.
