摘　　要：通过试验分析了螺旋纽带装置在150MW火电机组凝汽器应用过程中出现的问题。试验结果表明,循环水水质、异物阻塞、纽带表面结垢、螺旋度降低和磨损是影响其效果发挥的主要原因。通过对这些问题的改进,螺旋纽带技术会具有更广阔的应用前景。The effects of twisted strip used on 150MW steam turbine condenser were studied.The result shows that the water quality of circulating water,stuff obstruction,strip surface scaling,the helicity of twisted strip reducing and the strip abrasion play the main cause which decreased the cleaning effects of twisted strip.The twisted strip technology has broad application prospects based on the solving of these issues
