摘 要:以芘为荧光探针,根据芘的荧光强度之比11/13随乳化剂浓度的变化,测定了十二烷基磺酸钠(AS)及壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(Oπ-10)的CMC值,将两种乳化剂按不同比例进行复配,测定了复配乳化剂的CMC值,其测定结果与电导法测定的CMC值基本吻合。以二苯甲酮为猝灭剂,用稳态荧光探针法测定了不同配比复配乳化剂的胶束聚集数,实验结果表明,复配乳化剂浓度为4—9倍CMC时,用荧光探针法测定的胶束聚集数N随复配乳化剂浓度的增大而线性增大;且随着(Oπ-10)浓度的增大,复配乳化剂胶束聚集数增大。The critical micelle concentration (CMC) of sodium dodecyl sulphonate (AS), polyoxyethylene nonyl phenol ethers(Oπ-10) and composite emulsifiers were determined using fluorescence probe technique, ac-cording to pyrene 1:3 ratio data which varied with the molar concent ration of the emulsifier. There was excellent agreement between the CMC obtained by fluorescence probe technique and the conductivity method. Aggregation numbers of micelle of different ratios of composite emulsifiers were determined by steady - state fluorescence probe method in which Benzopbenone was used as quencher, the experimental results showed that the aggregation number (N) increased linearly with the increase of concentration of composite emulsifiers in the range of 4 - 9 times of cmc , and the aggregation number(N) increased with the raise of the ratio of the Oπ - 10 in composite emulsifiers.
