摘 要:超高层建筑塔楼一高度为126.80米的,属于复杂不规则超高层建筑。结构设计采用框架与混凝土核心筒体系,并对不规则情况分析计算,采取相应的结构处理措施,满足规范要求。为确定此结构设计的安全与可靠性,在多遇地震下,采用振型分解反应谱法,用SATWE的弹性时程分析法作为补充计算,并通过分别运用SATWE和PMSAP两种软件对结构进行分析和结果比对,不同软件求得的结构各主要参数的一致性和小误差值,确定了结构体系的正确和合理性。并进一步采用SATWE的PUSH&EPDA模块对结构进行了罕遇地震作用下的静力推覆分析,来对结构体系进一步进行验证。即采用二个阶段抗震设计方法来实现三个水准的抗震设防要求。High-rise building with a height of 126.80 meters, belong to the complex and irregular high-rise building. A frame-core wall hybrid system was applied in structural design, and the irregular situation was analysed and calculated, corresponding treatment measures was adopted,to meet the requirements of standard. In order to judge the the safety and reliability of structural design ,in the frequent earthquake, by mode- superposition response spectrum method, using SATWE elastic time-history analysis method as a supplement. By the structural analysis and comparison with SATWE and PMSAP two different software, the result of different software shows of consistency or small difference. So the structure system is the correct and rational . And further using PUSH&EPDA module of SATWE, structure static under rare earthquake pushover analysis, the structural system is further validated. The two stage of seismic design method to achieve three seismic fortification level requirements.
