摘　　要：医院建筑属于人员密集型的公共民用建筑,具有其特殊性。本文分别从设计合理的医院平面设计、医院建设工程项目施工过程中的质量管理、进度管理以及成本管理等方面工作做了较为详细的介绍、旨在积极促进同行的交流,希望对医院建设工程起到一定的借鉴作用。Hospital buildings belonging to the personnel-intensive public civil construction, which has its particularity. In this article, the author introduces the hospital building from the aspects of the reasonable design of rational hospital design, the quality, schedule, and cost management of the hospital construction project, aims to actively promote the exchanges for peers, and provide a certain reference for the hospital construction projects.
