摘　　要：经济建设方案是建立于造价控制基础上的,整个工程投资总额,需要针对项目建设进度进行多方位投资预算。这是一个建筑工程管理日常的工作,是真正核心的工作。基于此,本文主要对建筑工程造价常见问题及对策进行了分析。Economic construction scheme is based on the cost control, the total investment of whole project, needs multi-azimuth investment budget in the project construction progress. This is a construction project management work, is the real core work. Based on this, this paper mainly analyzes the construction problems and countermeasures of engineering cost.
