摘　　要：采用问卷调查法对Z大学全体青年教师压力状况进行研究。研究结果表明,Z大学青年教师压力管理存在的问题是:职称评审难度大,科研要求过高,培养力度不够,福利待遇低,社交沟通缺乏。Z大学青年教师压力管理创新策略:建立长效机制,减轻科研负担,为职称晋升创造条件,加大培养力度,提高福利待遇等。The paper adopt questionnaire to study the Stress Management of the young teachers in Z universities.These problems are：great difficulties in titles evaluation,too high standard in scientific research,inadequate training,low benefits,and lack of social communication.Therefore,the paper puts forward the innovative strategies to Stress Management of the young teachers in Z universities：to set up long-term mechanism,to reduce the scientific research burden,to create conditions for titles evaluation,to enhance personnel training,and to upgrade the benefits.
