摘　　要：文章介绍了建筑师刘宇扬的官书院胡同18号院改造项目对于历史街区内旧房屋改造的新思路。建筑师将旧的建筑元素与构件加以利用,使之参与到新空间与功能之中,形成新旧并置的趣味。以一种介入过往而非创造传统的态度,令旧有的建筑适应新的现代变化。AtelierLiuYuyangArchitects（ALYA） has adopted a new approach for this small courtyard house project in Guanshuyuan Hutong, Beijing. The designer turns old architectural elements into active participants in the newly formed space and functions, thus achieving a unique juxtaposition. Such an effort stresses the intervention of tradition rather than the arbitrary invention of one, helping old buildings to adapt to modern demands.
