摘　　要：详细论述了闪蒸干燥的工艺计算方法。用FCC催化剂滤饼和NaY分子筛滤饼进行闪蒸干燥试验,对试验中的一种工况进行了详细的干燥计算,计算结果与试验结果基本接近。试验时分别改变操作参数进风温度、物料含水量、干燥停留时间和搅拌桨转速,并分析操作参数对干燥产品含水量的影响规律。Detailed described the flash drying process calculation method.The flash drying experiment adopted filter cakes of FCC catalyst and NaY zeolite.Calculated one of the test conditions in detail,and the calculation results were close to the experimental results.During the test,changed operating parameters of inlet air temperature,materials moisture,drying time and impeller speed,and analyzed the influence of operation parameters on the moisture of dried products.
