摘 要:以吡啶、1,3-丙磺酸内酯和Keggin结构的钨磷酸为原料,合成了磺酸功能化的离子液体型钨磷酸盐催化剂[PyPS]nH3-nPW12O40.xH2O(n=1,2,3).用IR、UV-vis、熔点测定、1H NMR、元素分析、TG-DTA等手段对其结构、组成和性质进行了表征,并将其用于催化乙二醇单乙醚与醋酸的酯化反应,考察了催化剂的循环使用情况.结果表明,该类催化剂不仅具有高的催化活性和100%的选择性,而且在此反应中可实现反应控制相转移和催化剂的自动分离,重复使用6次后乙二醇单乙醚的转化率仍可达80%,是一类高效的环境友好催化剂.Sulfonic acid functionalized ionic liquid-like tungstophosphate catalysts, [PyPS]nH3-nPW12O40·xH2O(n=1,2,3), were synthesized using pyridine, 1,3-propanesuhone and tungstophosphoric acid with Keggin structure as starting materials. The structures, compositions and properties of the catalysts were characterized by IR, UV-vis, melting-point measurement, J H NMR, elementary analyses and TG-DTA techniques. Furthermore,these catalysts were employed in es- terification of acetic acid with ethylene glycol monoethyl ether. The catalytic performance and the recycle of the catalysts were investigated. It was showed that these catalysts possessed high activity and 100% selectivity for the esterification, and a reaction-controlled phase-transfer could be realized in the reaction, so that the catalysts could be easily separated and reused. Mter being recycled for 6 times, the conversion of ethylene glycol monoethyl ether could reach 80% yet, indicating that these catalysts are highly efficient and environmentally benign.
