基于层次分析法的滇中经济区土地资源集约利用研究

摘　　要：研究土地资源的集约利用,有利于改变目前城镇土地粗放开发经营管理模式,对解决当前城镇化进程中建设用地需求旺盛及土地供应不足矛盾具有重要的意义.本研究以2009年云南省统计年鉴数据为数据源,利用层次分析法分析了滇中经济区42个县区土地资源的集约利用情况.结果表明:(1)滇中经济区42个县区城镇建设用地土地利用集约度指数位于57.27～86.79之间,经济区内部各县区之间差异较大,分值的结构构成呈偏态分布,中低分值的评价单元比重过高.(2)在集约度分值区域分布上,分数较高的均位于城市的市区,较低的为远离城市的偏远县,昆明市区的集约利用水平最高.(3)建设用地集约度的高低与土地投入状况和二、三产业发展水平有比较大的关系.Study on intensive use of land resources can help to change currently extensive management mode of urban land resources. It is also significant to solve the contradiction between inadequate supply and strong demand for construction land in the process of urbanization. This paper takes the Yunnan Statistical Yearbook of 2009 as data resource,studies on intensive use of land resources of 42 counties in Central Yunnan Economic Zone based on analytic hierarchy process. The results show that ： （ 1 ） The intensive index of urban construction land of 42 counties in Central Yunnan Economic Zone ranges from 57.27 to 86.79, the difference of the index is large and the score structure shows skewed distribution, the evaluation units of medium-low score have high proportion. （2） On the regional distribution of intensity scores, the area with higher scores is located in the city＇s municipal districts, the lower in the counties away from the cities. The intensive use level of Kunming＇s municipal districts is the highest. （ 3 ） Investment in land and level of development of the secondary and tertiary industries have a greater impact on intensive degree of construction land.
