痔切除伴肛门成形术治疗环状混合痔的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察痔切除伴肛门成形术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法对340例环状混合痔患者采用痔切除伴肛门成形术,并进行临床观察及随访,评估手术操作、术后近远期疗效。结果手术平均时间45分钟,术后切口愈合平均时间12.3天,术后水肿者占4.5%。随访6个月,肛门狭窄、肛门括约肌功能异常、大出血、再次脱出者均无发生。结论痔切除伴肛门成形术能较为彻底的切除病灶,并修复肛门及肛管的生理结构,避免损伤肛门括约肌的收缩功能,操作简单,方法巧妙,是治疗环状混合痔的理想术式。Objective To analyze the curative effect of hemorrhoid excision with the anus on circumferential mixed hemorrhoid. Methods 340 cases of patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were treated with hemorrhoidectomy with anoplasty, the clinical observation and follow-up were carried out after operation. The short-term and long-term effect postoperative were evaluated. Results The average operation time was 45 minutes. The average postoperative wound healing time was 12. 3 days. The postoperative edema rate was 4. 5%. The patients were followed up for 6 months, stenosis of anus, anal sphincter dysfunction, bleeding, prolapse did not happen. Conclusion Hemorrhoid exci- sion with anoplasty in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids could reduce of the lesion, and was reliable to repair the anus and anal physiological structure. Avoiding damage to the anal sphincter contractile function, it is an ideal surgical treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoid operation.
