摘　　要：通过实际调研并结合辖区内单元式高层住宅的实际情况,提出在住宅单元户内增设与生活用水合用的消防卷盘系统及优化室内消火栓系统的设想,以达到通过减少消防设施维护成本,提高其安全运行可靠性,同时提高扑救初起火灾及控制火灾蔓延的可靠性。By actual research and combining the actual situation of unit high residence in the territory, propose the idea of set- ting fire hose reel system using domestic water in the dwelling unit and optimizing the indoor hydrant, so as to lower the cost, and improve the reliability of safety operation, fighting the ear- ly fire and controlling the fire spreading.
