摘  要:以聚磷酸铵(APP)、季戊四醇(PER)、三聚氰胺(MEL)为阻燃体系,水性丙烯酸乳液为粘结剂,TiO2为填料配制了水性膨胀型防火涂料,研究添加Al(OH)3对涂料防火阻燃性能的影响。通过对涂料进行小室法和模拟大板法测试,并结合TGA、FT-IR、XRD及SEM等分析发现,填料中添加一定量的Al(OH)3不利于提高涂料受热炭化产物中的含碳量,但它能与阻燃体系中的APP在受热过程中发生反应生成Al(PO3)3,提高涂料的残炭率,从而提高涂料的防火阻燃性能。Aqueous intumescent fire retardant coatings were prepared by ammonium polyphosphate, pentaerythritol and melamine as the flame-retardant system, aqueous polyacrylic e- mulsion as the binder and titanium dioxide as the filler. The effects of Al(OH)3 on fire-proof property of the coatings were investigated by the small chamber method and the simulated slab method, and as well as the characterization of thermo-grav- imetric analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X- ray diffraction and scanning electric microscope. The results in- dicated that the addition of appropriate amount of Al(OH)3 was adverse to increase the carbon content in the residue char layer, but could react with APP in the retardant system, and produce Al(PO3 )3, to improve the residue char ratio of the coating, and then enhanced the flame-retardant property of the coatings.
