地方高校特色发展的理性路径——人才培养模式的视角

摘　　要：人才培养特色是办学特色的基本体现,办学特色生成与发展,必须从人才培养模式中、在人才培养上进行不懈探求。人才培养模式承载着不同高校的特色性"质量标准",体现出特色性"核心技术"。因此,在人才培养模式上争创特色是地方高校特色发展的理性路径。可以从理念重建、目标重塑、过程优化、管理评价制度创新等方面创建具有特色的人才培养模式,生成人才培养特色,实现地方高校的特色发展。The distinctive features of talent production embody the essence of school-running characteristics. To achieve distinctive development, we should spare no pains to create unique features for the talent-producing mode. This is because the mode just bears colleges＇ specific ＂quality standards＂ and embodies their unique ＂core technology＂. Therefore, the rational path to distinctive development of colleges and universities is to create unique features for talent production. To do so, we should renew our educational idea, re-set our talent-producing targets, optimize the talent-producing process and make innovations in the management and evaluation systems.
