摘　　要：加快发展是衡水市实现富民强市、全面建成小康社会的明智抉择。衡水市欲求加快发展,必须实行全面创新,区域发展原则下的创新,以创新的思维和理念确立加快发展的着力点,以创新的理念和手段打造产业、产品的竞争优势。To accelerate the development is a wise decision of Hengshui City to realize its goals of ＂wealthy people and prosperous Hengshui City＂ and ＂building a well-off society＂. In order to speeding up its development, it is a must to implement a comprehensive innovation, which is under the principle of regional development. Focus of accelerating the development must be established and competitive advantages of the industries and products must be built by innovation.
