妊娠高血压综合征病人的护理干预效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨妊娠高血压综合征病人的护理干预效果。[方法]将60例妊娠高血压综合征产妇随机分观察组和对照组各30例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予综合护理干预。观察两组产妇的先兆子痫、子痫、产后出血、胎盘早剥发生情况、分娩方式以及新生儿Apagar评分等情况。[结果]观察组产妇先兆子痫及子痫、剖宫产率、产后出血及胎盘早剥发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),Apagar评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]对妊娠高血压综合征产妇实施有效的护理干预能够控制疾病发展、降低并发症的发生率、提高产妇顺产率和母婴生存质量。Objective： To probe into effect of nursing intervention for patients with pregnancy - induced hypertension. A total of 60 puerperas with pregnancy - induced hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each, the control group puerperas were given conventional nursing, the observation group puerperas were given comprehensive nursing intervention. All puerperas were observed about occurrence of maternal preeclampsia, eclampsia,postpartum hemorrhage and placental abruption, delivery mode and neonatal Apgar score. Results ： Incidence of pre - eclampsia and eclampsia, postpartum hemorrhage and placental abruption, cesarean section rate of observation group puerperas were lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）,Apgar score was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： implementation of effective interventions for puerpera with pregnancy induced hypertension can control the development of the disease, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve natural labor rate of quality of life of mother and child.
