摘 要:通过分析接触器的动态过程建立数学模型.针对接触器动态过程的研究,设计了一个基于激光位移器的交流接触器动态测试系统.该系统能对接触器动态过程的位移、速度、弹跳和电压等参量进行同步采集,具有高速和高精度等特点.通过该动态测试系统可得到合闸相角、输入电压与接触器动态过程的关系,为优化接触器动态过程提供依据,可以减小合闸末速度,减少触头弹跳,提高接触器工作性能,延长其使用寿命.The mathematical model of the dynamic closing process is established by analyzing the dynamic process of contactors. A dynamic testing system of AC contactors based on Laser Probing Displacement Sensor is designed to study the dynamic process of contactors. The Parameters of contactors' displacement, speed, current and voltage can he obtained simultaneously by this high-speed and high-precision testing system. The relation among closing phase angle, voltage and dynamic process of contactors can be obtained by this testing system as well to provide the basis for optimizing contactors' dynamic process, thereby being able to reduce the end speed of closing armature, shorten contact bounce, improve the working performance of contactors, and prolong their working lives.
