三黄糖敏汤联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟三黄糖敏汤治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的临床疗效。方法将100例2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组,治疗组60例,采用自拟三黄糖敏汤联合二甲双胍治疗,对照组40例,单纯应用二甲双胍治疗,8周为1个疗程。2组治疗前后分别测定空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、C肽,检测空腹血浆胰岛素(FINS),计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI),并详细记录治疗前后临床症状及体征的变化。结果 2组FPG治疗后均比治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后2 hPG显著下降,ISI明显升高,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率80.0%,对照组总有效率62.5%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论自拟三黄糖敏汤对改善胰岛素抵抗症状,增加胰岛素敏感性有一定作用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes treated with Sanhuang Tangmin decoction combined with Metformin. Methods 100 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups. 60 cases in treatment group were treated by Sanhuang Tangmin decoction combined with Met-formin. 40 cases in control group were treated by Metformin. The course was eight weeks in two groups. FPG,2 hPG,C peptide, FINS, ISI and clinical symptoms before and after treatment were measured and recorded in two groups. Resuits FPG was decreased significantly after treatment in two groups （P 〈 0.05 ） ,2 hPG was obviously decreased in treatment group（P 〈0. 05 ）, and ISI was significantly increased, there was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate in treatment group（80.0% ） was higher than that in control group（62.5% ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Sanhuang Tangmin decoction combined with Metformin has a role on improving insulin resistance symptoms and increasing insulin sensitivity.
