加味修肝散联合西医常规治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味修肝散熏眼内服联合抗病毒药物治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法采取复合对照的方法将108例患者(116眼)分为2组,对照组54例(57眼)行抗病毒药物方法常规治疗,治疗组54例(59眼)联合加味修肝散先熏后服治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为91.52%,对照组总有效率为71.93%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治愈病例疗程明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味修肝散先熏后服联合抗病毒药物治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎,可明显提高治疗的总有效率,缩短病程。Objective To evaluate the efficacy on herpes simplex keratitis treated by combination of Xiugan- san powder and antiviral medicine. Methods Composite - controlled - methods was adopted. 108 cases （ including 116 eyes） were divided into a treatment group and a control group. 54 cases （57 eyes） in the control group were giv- en conventional treatment with antiviral medicine, 54 cases （59 eyes） in the treatment group were treated with antiviral Medicine and Xiugansan powder （first fumigating eyes and then taking oral decoction）. Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was 91.52% ; the total efficiency of the control group was 71.93%. There was significant difference between two groups on curative effect （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. The therapeutic course in treatment group was sig- nificantly shorter than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Xiugansan powder （first fumigating eyes at the eyes and then taking oral decoction） combined with antiviral medicine on herpes simplex keratitis, this therapy can significantly improve the total efficiency of treatment, shorten the duration of disease.
