摘 要:目的通过观察穴位埋线对慢传输型便秘(STC)模型大鼠肠道传输功能的影响,以明确不同穴位调节STC的穴位特异性。方法将62只SD大鼠,随机分为正常组(6只)和造模组(56只);待成功诱导实验性STC大鼠模型后,再将造模组随机分为模型组(13只)、大肠俞组(13只)、天枢组(14只)及上巨虚组(13只)。其中,大肠俞组、天枢组、上巨虚组分别给予相应穴位的埋线治疗,7 d治疗1次,连续治疗4次。采用活性碳灌胃法测定2、4次埋线后大鼠6 h内首粒黑便排出时间、大便粒数及质量;采用活性碳推进试验测定碳推进百分率(%)。结果①经2次埋线治疗后,大鼠6 h内首粒黑便排出时间:模型组、上巨虚组、大肠俞组高于正常组(P<0.01);天枢组、上巨虚组、大肠俞组低于模型组(P<0.01);上巨虚组、大肠俞组高于天枢组(P<0.01)。大鼠6 h内大便粒数及质量:模型组低于正常组(P<0.05),上巨虚组、大肠俞组大便粒数低于正常组(P<0.05);天枢组高于模型组(P<0.01),上巨虚组、大肠俞组高于模型组(P<0.05);上巨虚组、大肠俞组与天枢组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。碳推进百分率(%):模型组、大肠俞组低于正常组(P<0.01);天枢组高于模型组(P<0.01),上巨虚组高于模型组(P<0.05);大肠俞组低于天枢组(P<0.05),上巨虚组与天枢组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②经4次埋线治疗后,大鼠6 h内首粒黑便排出时间:模型组、大肠俞组高于正常组(P<0.01),上巨虚组高于正常组(P<0.05),天枢组与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);天枢组、上巨虚组、大肠俞组低于模型组(P<0.01);上巨虚组、大肠俞组高于天枢组(P<0.01)。大鼠6 h内大便粒数及质量:模型组低于正常组(P<0.01),上巨虚组、大肠俞组大便粒数低于正常组(P<0.05);天枢组、上巨虚组、大肠俞组均高于模型组(P<0.01);大肠俞组大便粒数低于天枢组(P<0.05),上巨虚组、大肠俞组大便质量与天�Objective To observe rats with slow transit constipation(STC) treated by catgut implantation at acupoint, and confirm aeupoint specificity on the regulation of STC. Methods 62 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group (n = 6 ) and modeling group (n = 56 ). After experimental STC rat model to be successfully induced, STC model rats were randomly divided into model group (n = 13 ), D achangyu group( n = 13 ) , Tianshu group (n = 14 ) and Shangjuxu group( n = 13 ). Rats in Daehangyu group ,Tianshu group and Shangiuxu group received catgut implantation at corresponding acupoint, once every 7 days for continuous treatment four times. Discharge time of first grain black stools,stool grains and weight within 6hs were measured by activated carbon gavage. Percentage of carbon propulsion (%) was measured by activated carbon propulsion test. Resuits After two times treatment of catgut implantation, dis- charge time of first grain black stools within 6hs:that of model group, Dachangyu group, Tianshu group and Shangjuxu group was longer than that of normal group( P 〈0.01 ) ,that of Daehangyu group ,Tianshu group and Shangjuxu group was shorter than that of model group (P 〈 0.01 ), Dachangyu group and Shangjuxu group was longer than that of Tian- shu group(P 〈 0.01 ). stool grains and weight within 6hs : that of model group, Dachangyu group and Shangjuxu group was below that of normal group (P 〈 0.01 ), that of Dachangyu group, Tianshu group and Shangjuxu group was above that of model group ( P 〈 0. 01 ), stool grains of Dachangyu group was below that of Tiahshu group ( P 〈 0.05 ), there was no difference between Dachangyu group ,Tianshu group and Shangjuxu group on stool weight( P 〉 0.05 ).
