摘　　要：2013年6月21日下午至22日上午，由中国工程机械学会主办，中国工程机械学会挖掘机分会、液压技术分会承办，长沙经济技术开发区管委会协办的首届工程机械技术发展高峰论坛（CTO峰会）在长沙隆重召开。On the afternoon of June 21st, the first China’s Construction Machinery Technology Development Forum (CTO Summit) took place in Changsha, which was hosted by China Construction Machinery Society, organized by China Construction Machinery Society Excavator Branch and Hydraulics Technique Branch. It was also co-organized by Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee. he forum had the theme of 'Green, Environmentally Friendly, and Sustainable Development', it was opened to all in the ield, the content involves the exchange of the ideas, strategies, problems, solution, technology and management in the science and technology innovation. In order to make this forum as the best platform for construction machinery industry’s technology to share communication, the organizer invited many domestic and foreign experts and technical directors from the construction machinery innovation industrial chain to make reports at the forum. Also, to provide an opportunity of further communication and discussion for the guests, the organizer has especially held the event called 'High-end Dialogue'. High-end Dialogue consists of two rounds in total. heir themes were 'R & D, Concept, System', and 'Complement, Quality, Experiment' respectively. This article will share with you the thinking and debates of China’s construction machinery technology’s road of innovation on the forum.
