压路机的江湖:先进的?还是适用的?——再辩机械式与全液压单钢轮压路机的发展前景

摘　　要：在中国压路机行业，关于机械传动式单钢轮压路机（即机械传动、液压振动单钢轮）与全液压式单钢轮压路机技术、性能优劣高下之争，已持续了近三十年的时间，几乎贯穿了国内整个振动压路机诞生以来的历史。全液压压路机是国际上的主流产品，实际上国外自从振动式压路机诞生起，Full hydraulic single-drum roller is no doubt an introduced 'foreign goods'. Mechanical single-drum vibratory roller is a special Chinese product that was emerged in the introduction of full hydraulic singledrum roller into our country. hey entered the market almost at the same time, and are controversial from the beginning. Which one is better exactly? Some people think that full hydraulic vibratory roller is the development direction, and mechanical driven roller will be eliminated eventually. Some other people think that mechanical single-drum roller has always been in a leading position in the market, and will not be replaced. So, will this situation continue to be this way for these two models in the future, or will it change slowly? Is it possible that there might be other models? We need to think about these questions. Hence, we interviewed experts and managers of manufacturer to share their opinions on these two models of single-drum vibratory roller. Of course, we don’t argue for the sake of arguing. Our purpose is to observe singledrum vibratory roller’s future developing trend through the experts’ opinions. We hope to provide some references for manufacturers and users this way.
