摘  要:以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、聚醚多元醇(PPG)及3,3’-二氯-4,4’-二氨基二苯基甲烷(MOCA)为主要原料,采用2步法制备一种无溶剂型双组分耐黄变PU胶粘剂。通过傅立叶红外(FT-IR)和差热扫描(DSC)对其结构及性能进行分析。讨论了PPG、MOCA含量及双组分配比对PU胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明,采用低分子质量的PPG能显著地降低胶粘剂的黏度,胶粘剂的固化速率随MOCA(交联剂)含量的增加而显著提高;固化后的胶粘剂具有良好的耐化学药品性、耐低温性和耐黄变性。通过DSC曲线确定了固化后胶膜的Tg为46.1℃。With hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDl),polyether polyol (PPG) and 3,3' -dichloro-4,4' - diaminodiphenylmethane (MOCA) as main raw materials,a solvent-free two-component anti-yellowing polyurethane adhesive was synthesized by two-step method.The structure and performance of the polyurethane adhesive were characterized by FT-IR and DSC,and the influences of some factors (such as PPG,MOCA and weight ratio of A component to B component) on polyurethane adhesive properties were discussed.The results show that the PPG with low molecular weight can obviously decrease the viscosity of adhesive;the content of crosslinker is inversely proportional to the curing speed of adhesive.The chemical r 6 sistance,durable yellowing and low temperature resistance of the polyurethane adhesive that had cured are all great.The glass transition temperature (Tg) of cured adhesive film is 46. 1℃.
