摘 要:以结晶树脂、非结晶树脂为混合多元醇,以TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)为硬段,DMPA(二羟基甲基丙酸)和小分子二元醇为扩链剂,TEA(三乙胺)为中和剂,合成了一系列混合聚酯型水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液。研究了2种树脂的比例对WPU性能的影响。结果表明,当2种树脂质量比为3∶1时,制备的WPU对塑料薄膜的附着力强,与使用单一结晶树脂相比,所得胶膜的耐水性及微相分离程度明显提高。A series ofwaterborne polyurethane (WPU) emulsions based on blended polyesters were synthesized using the blended polyols of crystalline and noncrystalline polyester resins,tolnene diisocyanat (TDI) as the hard segment,dimetlaylolpropionic acid (DMPA) and low molecule diols as the chain extenders and triethylamine (TEA) as the neutralizing agent.The effects of weight ratio of the two kinds of polyesters on the WPU performance was investigated.The results showed that when the weight ratio of two polyesters was 3:1,the adhesion of obtained WPU to plastic film was stronger,and the water resistance and microphase separation extent of obtained film were obviously improved in comparasion with that of single crystaUine polyester.
