用废聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料制备涂改液

摘　　要：将废聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料溶解在乙酸乙酯中,制成高分子胶粘液,向其中加入表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠、增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和遮盖剂氧化锌、二氧化钛,经球磨机研磨制成涂改液。通过控制变量法,探讨了各组分对涂改液性能的影响,确定了制备涂改液的最佳配方。该法工艺简单,操作方便,不需要特殊设备,且变废物为原料,既降低了产品的成本,减少了涂改液对人体的毒害性,又对减轻"白色污染"的危害作了有益的探索。Dissolving the waste polystyrene foam plastics in the solvent ethyl acetate,then adding the surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate,the plasticizer dibutyl phthalate and the covering agents zinc oxide and titanium dioxide into the obtained macromolecular glue stock and compouding,through the ball mill,the correction fluid was finally obtained.By controlling the variables,the effect of each component in correction fluid was studied,and the perfect formulation is as follows：waste polystyrene foam plastics 10 g,ethyl acetate 35 g,titanium dioxide 10 g,zinc oxide 10 g,sodinm dodecyl sulfate 0.6 -0.7 g and dibutyl phthalate 0.5 - 1.0 ml.This method is simple and easy to operate and needs no special equipment,it can turn the waste into a raw material,not only reduces the cost of product,eliminates the poisoning of correction liquid to human body,but also makes a useful exploration to reduce the ＂white pollution＂ .
