非洛地平对高血压左室肥厚及校正后QT间期离散度的影响

摘　　要：探讨非洛地平对高血压患者左室肥厚 (LVH)及校正后QT间期离散度 (QTcd)的影响。方法 :选择 5 2例高血压病 (Ⅱ、Ⅲ期 )伴LVH患者口服非洛地平治疗 6个月 ,观察和分析治疗前后的左室重量指数 (LVMI)及QTcd ,同时设正常组 2 4例进行对照。结果 :①经非洛地平治疗后 ,降压总有效率达 92 .3 % ,LVMI、QTcd下降 ;②QTcd与LVMI呈显著正相关 (r =0 .6 3 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,且QTcd缩小程度 (ΔQTcd)与LVMI减轻程度 (ΔLVMI)亦显著正相关 (r =0 .5 3 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :非洛地平降压的同时 ,能有效逆转左心室肥厚 ,减少QTcd。Objective:To study the effect of felodipine on the left ventricle hypertrophy (LVH) and QTcd after rectification. Methods:52 cases of patients with hypertension stage Ⅱ or Ⅲ accompanied with LVH were entered and received felodipine orally for six months. LVMIs before and after treatment were observed and analysed, 24 cases serving as normal group were controlled. Results:1.The total hypotensive effectiveness rate was 92.3%, LVMI and QTcd were reduced; 2.QTcd and LVMI presented a positive correlation (r=0.63, P<0.05), and the extent narrowed of QTcd and extent reduced of LVMI also presented significant positive correlation (r=0.53, P<0.05). Conclusion:Felodpine can effectively reserve LVH and narrow QTcd, while the blood pressure is reduced.
