摘　　要：了解银杏叶片治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法 :36例脑梗死患者服用银杏叶片 ,tid ,每次 2片 ,连服 1个月 ,于治疗前后对神经功能缺损评分及实验室指标进行检测 ,同时观察不良反应。结果 :大多数患者神经功能缺损改善 (P<0 .0 1) ,总有效率 88.9%。银杏叶片对降低血粘度及血脂有显著作用 (P <0 .0 1) ,无不良反应。结论 :应用银杏叶片治疗脑梗死 ,疗效显著 ,副作用少 ,安全度高。Objective:To study the effect of Gingko-leaf tablet in treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods:36 cases were given Gingko-leaf tabloid, two tablets, three times, course of treatment of one month. Neural function defects and laboratory index were all tested before and after treatment, adverse reaction was also observed. Result:Neural defects were improved in most patients (P<0.01). Total rate was 88.9% (primary healed+evident improvement+improvement). Gingko-leaf tablet could reduce blood viscosity, serium cholesterol, and had obvious effect (P<0.01) and no adverse reaction. Conclusion:Gingko-leaf tablet have evident effect, low side effect, high safety in treatment of cerebral infarction.
