葡萄根系浸提液对几种药材种子发芽影响研究

摘　　要：用浓度为0、0.05、0.1、0.15g/mL葡萄根系浸提液对白芷、柴胡、甘草种子进行处理,结果显示,根系浸提液对3种药材种子的绝对发芽率都具有抑制作用,且随着浓度的升高,抑制作用越明显;对于发芽势及发芽指数的影响表现为低浓度下促进,高浓度抑制。Treated with concentrations of 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15 g/mL grapes root sedimentate polysaccharose liquid, the seeds of angelica, radix bupleuri and licorice were studied. The results show that the grape root sedimentate polysaccharose liquid is supposed to inhibit their seed absolute germination rate with the more obvious inhibition with the increase of the con- centration. Promotive effects on the germinability and germination index were found at low concentration, with inhibiting effect at high concentration.
