摘　　要：目的:了解青海省海东地区乡镇卫生院(中心)卫生人员的工作量现状,为合理配置卫生人力资源和科学指导卫生服务提供依据。方法:在海东地区的3个项目县中,每县随机抽取6个乡镇卫生院(中心)开展调查。结果:不同专业每人日均工作时间、3县每人日均工作量比较差异有统计学意义;3县不同专业每人日均工作量比较乐都县和湟中县差异有统计学意义;3县不同卫生院每人日均工作量比较差异均有统计学意义。结论:海东地区乡镇卫生院(中心)公共卫生专业人员少、服务能力弱,工作量有差异。今后应在合理配置乡镇卫生院人力资源,加强公共卫生服务职能,提高公共卫生服务能力,创新继续教育培训制度及转变服务方式、提高服务效率等方面多下功夫。Objective：To understand the present workload of township hospital health warkers in Haidong District and provide references for appropriate human resource allocation and scientific health service guidance. Methods： Using a random sampling method, we selected 6 township hospitals in 3 individual counties in Haidong. Results： The difference of working time and workloads per day in three days among different profes- sionals were significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The workloads per day per person in these three counties were significant （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; There were significant differences when compared with different professionals in Ledu and Huangzhong （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the differences of workload per person in different health- centers in these 3 counties were all significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：There are problems in Haidong township hospitals, namely poor service ability, few health public professionals, and different workloads. Priority should be given to distribute township human resources appropriately, reinforce public health service functions, improve service ability, innovate education system and change service mode along with efficiency and etc.
