摘　　要：弗洛伦斯·南丁格尔是现代护理学的奠基人,她不仅在医院管理和卫生事业改革等方面都做出过杰出的贡献,而且还对护理伦理思想进行了系统的阐述。南丁格尔的护理伦理思想主要包括:护理的道德本质、护士的美德、临床伦理和护理教育等方面。南丁格尔护理伦理思想是在西方医学伦理思想发展史上,第一次比较全面地论述护理伦理问题的著作,为现代护理伦理思想的发展奠定了基础。Florence Nightingale is the pioneer of nursing profession. Not only did she make great contribution to hospital management and public health reform, but systematically illustrated on the Nursing Ethics Thought. Her thought mainly includes ethical characteristic of nursing profession, nurse＇s virtue, clinical ethi6al problems, nursing education and so on, which is the first time to soundly discuss nursing work ethics throughout the history of western medical ethics and lay the foundation for the modern nursing work ethics.
