摘 要:通过对两种复合材料的摩擦学性能研究,探讨其应用于电梯靴衬的可能性。以复合材料和45#钢为摩擦副,在MMW-1A摩擦磨损试验机上分别测量摩擦副在干摩擦和微量油工况下的摩擦因数和工作温度,并计算其磨损量。结果表明,在干摩擦和微量油润滑工况下,聚酰胺(PA12)和聚甲醛(POM)的摩擦因数随时间增加均经历先急剧下降后平缓的变化;在干摩擦工况下,PA12的摩擦因数和磨损量均高于POM的,但两者的工作温度接近;在微量油润滑工况下,PA12的摩擦因数、工作温度和磨损量均低于POM。因此,复合材料的摩擦学性能受润滑状态和材料结构的影响,在充足润滑下应优先使用PA12复合材料。Based on the tribological properties of two composites,the probability of these two materials applied on the shoe lining of the elevator system was discussed.Friction coefficient and operated temperature between the composite and 45 steel were measured using the MMW-1A frictional rig under dry friction and micro oil supply conditions,and mass loss of two composites were attained.The results showed that the friction coefficient of two composites PA12 and POM went through initially sharp decline then stable changing over the increasing time.Under the dry friction condition,the friction coefficient and mass loss of the composite PA12 were both higher than those of POM,but the operated temperatures of two composites were extremely close.While under the micro oil supply condition,the friction coefficient,operated temperature and mass loss of the composite PA12 were all lower than those of POM.Therefore,the tribological properties of the composites were affected by the lubrication condition and material structure priority.The composite PA12 was prior to use in full lubrication condition.
