摘　　要：首先采用数量分布、发展趋势、技术类别及其分布、有效率、存活期限等常用指标,对农业高校联合申请专利的基础特征进行分析,然后对联合申请专利的申请人位次、合作对象构成、合作频次等独有特征进行分析,最后基于农业高校专利合作网络结构分析,总结出农业高校联合申请专利的特点,并提出相关建议。The paper analyzes firstly the basic characteristics of joint application patent of agricultural universities using the com mon indicators, including quantity distribution, trend, of development, technique category and distribution, efficiency and valid duration. Then it analyses the peculiar characteristics on applicant ranking, constitute of collaborators and cooperation frequency. Finally, it bases on analysis of structure of patent cooperation network of agricultural universities and summarizes the features of joint application patent of agricultural universities, and puts forwards suggestions.
