高校图书馆文献信息保障体系集成综合评价研究——以黑龙江科技大学为例

摘　　要：以黑龙江科技大学图书馆为例,研究馆藏文献资源结构、数字文献资源建设与信息服务架构平台,建立科学合理的文献信息保障体系评价指标;运用专家分析法、问卷调查法和模糊综合评价法进行集成综合评价;针对评价结果进行分析,提出相应的改进策略。Taking Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology Library for example, the paper studies structure of library document resource, construction of digital document resource and information service architecture platform, establishes scientific and reasonable evaluation indexes of document information ensuring system, and makes integrated comprehensive evaluation by methods of expert analysis, questionnaire survey and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Then it analyzes the evaluation results and proposes corre- soonding imorovement strategies.
