摘　　要：分析了学历留学生在利用高校图书馆信息服务中面临的需求与提供的双重困境。认为开展网络互动服务是解决之道。网络互动模式具有实时性、交互性、便捷性等特点,在解决学历留学生的语言问题、促进用户教育、减少对图书馆的陌生感等方面,能够发挥积极作用,并且图书馆可以通过网络互动服务开展团队协作,提高服务能力和水平,有效解决学历留学生信息服务过程中出现的多种问题。The paper analyzes the difficulties in supply and demand in degree overseas student s＇ using information service of university library, and believes that internet interaction service is the solution. Internet interaction mode is characterized on real-time, interactivity, and convenience, and plays a positive role in solving language problems, promoting users＇ education, and reducing the strange sense to library. And library could develop team collaboration by internet interaction mode, improve the capacity and level of service, and settle various problems in the course of information service for degree overseas students.
