PPH结合悬吊术治疗环状混合痔的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨PPH结合悬吊术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法将40例环状混合痔患者随机分为两组,每组20例:PPH悬吊组、PPH-MMH组,观测术后各组系列评价指标的情况。结果 PPH悬吊组较PPH-MMH组在手术时间、住院时间、疼痛指数、残余外痔、肛门渗液、治疗效果上比较,存在统计学差异;在术后复发、肛门狭窄、手术无效差异无统计学意义。结论PPH悬吊术能最大限度地保留齿线,维持肛垫正常位置,具有手术时间短、一次性治愈率高、术后恢复快、并发症少且痛苦轻等优点,是治疗环状混合痔非常理想的术式。Objective To explore the clinical effects of treating circumferential mixed hemorrhoid by combining PPH and suspension.Methods 40 patients of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into 2 groups,PPH with suspension group,PPH-MMH group,20 cases in each group.We observed the situations of all the groups’series evaluation index after operations.Results Compared with the PPH-MMH group,PPH with suspension group had statistical differences in operation time,hospital stays,pain index,residual external hemorrhoids,anal drainage and therapeutic effects,but had no statistical significance in recurrence,archostegnosis and surgery invalid differences.Conclusions PPH and suspension surgery can maximize the retention of the dentate line to maintain anal cushions normal position.In addition,it has the advantages of short operation time,high one-time curative rate,rapid postoperative recovery,fewer complications and light pain.So it’s an ideal surgery to treat circumferential mixed hemorrhoid.
