摘　　要：为定量分析武器装备研制验收使用过程各个层次、人员之间的相互关系,提高武器装备"两成两力"建设,在深入分析武器装备研制项目管理关键环节的基础上,提出利用超网络研究装备研制体系的项目管理方法。分使用方人员子网络、验收方人员子网络和研制方人员子网络建立了基于超网络的武器装备项目管理模型,对各个子网络的构成要素、武器装备研制项目管理超网络描述等问题进行了分析。该方法创新性地利用定量分析方法解决武器装备研制的项目管理问题。In order to analyze the mutual relation among staffs and among levels in the process of weapon equipment development,acceptance check and application,and improve weapon equipment systematic construction and war power,a project management method to research weapon equipment systems by the supernetwork is put forward in this paper on the basis of deep analysis of the key links in the project management.The project management supernetwork consists of the subnetwork of users,acceptance check staff subnetwork and development staff subnetwork.The project management model based on suppernetwork was established.The forming factors of every subnetwork and supernetwork description are discussed.The project management problems of weapon equipment development were solved by means of innovation quantitative analysis.The direction of future research is pointed out.
