摘　　要：针对小型化、通用化、多功能的测试要求,设计专用采集设备。硬件上,以DM642为主控CPU,集成了100 M高速A/D、双通道隔离A/D、6通道低速A/D、以及DMM等多种数据采集功能。软件上利用DM642内嵌的DSP/BIOS操作系统和NDK完成网络控制;利用DSP/BIOS提供的多线程机制实现对数据采集通道的任务管理。实际应用表明该设备设计合理,运行稳定,满足了实际要求。A special data acquisition equipment was designed to meet requirements of miniaturized,generalized and multifunctional testing.DM642 is used as master control CPU.Several data acquisition functions,such as 100 M high-speed AD,dual-channel insulative AD,6-channel low-speed AD and DMM are all integrated in the equipment.The network control is achieved by DSP/BIOS operating system with DM642 embedded and NDK.The DSP/BIOS operating system is utilized to provide multiple threads mechanism for the implementation of mission management to data acquisition channel.The actual application of the equipment shows that the design of the equipment is reasonable,it works stable and can meet the practical requirements.
