摘　　要：离线镀膜可以镀任何颜色,颜色可以调整,性能指标可以调整。该1 080 kW水电加热器是为台湾玻璃武汉生产线所设计的,加热器采用全不绣钢壳体,全自动控制,具有恒温出水,提温幅度大,多重安全保护,全功率PID控制等优点。实现了人机对话,远程通信,无人值守,自动运行等特点。该设计为我国进口设备国产辅助设备配套做出了先例,实践表明,设备运行状态正常,各项技术指标达到设计要求。Off-line film coating can plate any color which can be adjusted.Its performance index can be adjusted.The 1080 Kw water heater was designed for Wuhan production line for Taiwan glass.Full stainless shell and automatic control are adopted for the heater,which has the advantages of constant temperature water output,large temperature raise,multi-protection and full power PID control.The human-computer dialogue,remote communication,unattended operation and automatic running were realized in the heater.It has set a precedent for domestic auxiliary systems for the imported equipments.The equipment is in normal operation.Each technical index has reached the design requirements.
