重庆市巴南区成人居民血浆同型半胱氨酸水平分布情况

摘　　要：目的通过分析重庆市巴南区不同性别及不同年龄层次人群血浆同型半胱氨酸含量,了解成人居民血清同型半胱氨酸水平分布特点。方法 2011年1月1日至2012年12月31日在重庆巴南区采用整群分层抽样方法随机纳入1 600人,年龄在18～95岁之间。按年龄分为:18～39岁组、40～59岁组、60～79岁组、≥80岁组;同时按性别分为:男性组和女性组;按居住地分为城区组和非城区组。对所有调查对象测定血浆同型半胱氨酸水平。结果非城区居住人群血浆同型半胱氨酸异常比例较城区居住人群低(12.79%比20.06%,P<0.01);男性血浆同型半胱氨酸异常比例明显多于女性(25.75%比9.38%,P<0.01);各年龄段间血浆同型半胱氨酸异常比例差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),且随年龄增加,异常比例随之增加。结论不同居住地点,不同性别及年龄对巴南区成人居民的血浆同型半胱氨酸水平有明显影响。Objective To study the distribution of plasma homocysteine levels in adult residents of Ba’nan district of Chongqing city through analyzing plasma homocysteine concentrations in different gender and age groups.Methods A total of 1 600 adult residents aged 18-95 years were selected by stratified random cluster sampling from January 1,2011 to December 31,2012 in Ba’nan district of Chongqing city.According to the age,subjects were divided into four groups：18-39 years old,40-59 years old,60-79 years old and 80 years or older;According to the gender,subjects were divided into two groups：male and female;According to the place of residence,subjects were divided into two groups：urban and non-urban.Plasma homocysteine levels were measured in all subjects.Results The proportion of residents with abnormal plasma homocysteine levels in urban areas was significantly lower than that in non-urban areas（12.79% vs 20.06%,P〈0.01）;The proportion of residents with abnormal plasma homocysteine levels among males was significantly higher than that among females（25.75% vs 9.38%,P〈0.01）;The proportion of residents with abnormal plasma homocysteine levels increased with age,and the differences were significant among the four age groups（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion The residence area,gender and age have significant impact on plasma homocysteine levels in adult residents of Ba’nan district.
