杉木人工林木材管胞性状的变异研究

摘　　要：以采自浙江庆元巾子峰森林公园、庆元白岭头、庆元左溪、江西安福县陈山林场的4个杉木群体的17～25年龄段木材圆盘为试样,对其进行木材管胞性状的测定和分析,结果表明:杉木的管胞长度大多数分布在1 100～2 700μm,管胞宽度大多数分布在27～57μm,壁腔比在0.1～0.6;杉木4个群体间管胞长度和壁腔比的差异不显著,而管胞宽度差异显著;杉木种群内个体间管胞性状遗传差异明显。Determinations were implemented on tracheid of wood samples collected from four Cunninghaimia lanceolata stands in Zhejiang and Jiangxi province with ages from 17 to 25 years.The result showed that tracheid length was 1100-2700 μm,width of 27-57μm,ratio of wall thickness to cavity between 0.1-0.6.There was no significant difference of tracheid length and ratio of wall thickness to cavity,except tracheid width,among different stands.Genetic difference of tracheid properties had significant difference among trees in one stand.
