64层螺旋CT血管融合成像技术在胸腹壁复发恶性肿瘤的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨64层螺旋CT血管融合成像在胸腹壁复发恶性肿瘤供血动脉判断中的临床应用价值。方法:对经手术或穿刺病理证实的恶性肿瘤术后胸腹壁复发肿瘤8例应用64层螺旋CT机采用对比剂智能跟踪软件进行动脉期触发扫描方式,应用容积再现(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)及多平面重建(MPR)技术进行腹壁肿瘤主要供血血管及肿物的显示融合,分析胸腹壁复发肿瘤血供特点。结果:8例患者均获得了满意的CT血管成像(CTA)图像,能直观、清晰地显示肿瘤主要供血动脉起源及分布情况。结论:胸腹壁复发肿瘤供血动脉具有很大不确定性,64层螺旋CT血管融合成像可作为胸腹壁复发肿瘤常规检查方法,为临床制订治疗方案提供可靠依据。Objective： To explore the value of 64-slice spiral CT angiography（CTA） on blood supply for relapsed tumor of chest and abdominal wall.Methods： Eight patients with relapsed tumor of chest or abdominal wall were examined by MSCTA with bolus tracking technique.The diseases involved gallbladder carcinoma（2 cases）,renal cell carcinoma（1 case） and mucosal melanoma（5 cases）.Observed the feature of blood supply of tumor with volume reconstruction technique（VR）,maximum intensity projection（MIP） and multiplannar reconstruction（MPR）.Results： There were satisfied imaging by CTA in the 8 cases.The responsibility arterial of tumor,adjacent arterial and drainage venous were displayed successful.Conclusion： Good blood supply image of chest and abdominal wall relapsed tumor can be obtained by 64-slice spiral CTA,which can provide a reliable evidence for the clinical treatment.
