摘　　要：目的:观察记忆合金环抱接骨板治疗肋骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析58例采用记忆合金环抱接骨板治疗肋骨骨折患者的临床资料。结果:采用记忆合金环抱接骨板治疗肋骨骨折的58例患者胸廓畸形得以显著改善,全部治愈出院,无并发症发生。结论:记忆合金环抱接骨板治疗肋骨骨折疗效满意,可靠安全,操作简单,是较为实用、先进的一种治疗方法,值得临床应用及推广。Objective： To study the clinical therapeutic effect of shape memory alloy embracing fixator in treatment of ribs fractures.Methods： There was a retrospective analysis of 58 patients with rib fractures treated by memory alloy embracing fixator.Results： Rib fractures in 58 cases were all cured with memory alloy embracing plate and without any complication,thoracic deformity had obviously improved.Conclusion： The treatment method of memory alloy embracing plate for rib fracture have satisfactory effect,safe and simple operation,are more practical,advanced a treating method,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
